This is not an overly large cleaning sponge/scourer brush which is a good thing as it is easy to get into tight corners and is easy to hold. I bought it specifically to clean the tiles in my shower and for that it does a very good job. It's fairly stiff but doesn't scratch, but then I've only used it on tiles and the shower glass screen - for that it cleans off the limescale really well. I've only been using this for a few weeks but it's holding up fairly well and for the money I believe this represents very good value.

We bought it so cleaning the tiles on the bathroom would be easier, however there's a major design flaw. There's a hole just under the handle, which as it's cut plastic, is extremely sharp. The first time I used it, my knuckles got badly cut & became quite sore. I tried to change tactics & held the contraption with the palm of my hand, which did work in avoiding the cuts, but is not a comfortable way to hold it & it kept slipping. 2nd time, I used marigold gloves hoping that it would help reduce the chances of injuring my knuckles, but it still cuts them, just not as badly as without the gloves. I meant to return it, but we went away on holiday & I completely forgot to do do before we left.
